As of 1130 am today , the border crossings in Poi Pet, Boeung Trakourn, and Chouk Chey have not been shut down.
Banteay Meanchey: According to a report from Banteay Meanchey Province, Thai black-clad forces have increased their forces and set up barbed wire over the last few days at border crossings between the two countries.
Border protection police # 911 positioned at the border crossings have said the Thai side informed Cambodia of their setting up barbed wire at various border crossings, and of plans to inspect the border area in Chouk Chey village of Banteay Meanchey Province, bordering Srah Kev Province of Thailand.
The source also said that the main border crossings of Ou Bei Choan, Boeung Trakounn and Chouk Chey have not been closed. The Thai Army has prepared to deploy black-clad forces and set up barbed wire at each crossing.
A border military commander has said that Thai First Region Army unit is planning to inspect the border areas stretching from O' Bei Choan crossing to Chouk Chey crossing in Banteay Meanchey Province on 25 February.
